Hi! Salaam! I'm Sannya, a letterer and the maker behind thecrafterhours. I am an Indonesian living in the Netherlands with my husband and 3 kids. Before moving here, I studied Industrial Engineering and worked for a Telco for 5 years. After obtaining a master's degree in Marketing Intelligence from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and having baby #2, I've decided to be a stay-at-home mom.

In 2018, I discovered my interest in letter art (i.e., brush calligraphy and lettering) and never look back. In between mommy-ing, I accept commissioned works. I mostly work together with small businesses in design projects.

When I'm not creating letter arts, you can find me exploring other creative stuffs on my own or with my children. I actively post content on my Instagram to share a glimpse of behind the scene activities and my passion in spreading Islamic quotes with my art.
